What You'll Need:

Oil pastels

Thick brushes

Watercolour paper

Water cups

Let's get Started:

Draw with Crayons:

Start by drawing a picture on watercolour paper using crayons. Press firmly to create bold lines and fill the page with bright colours. Less is more for this project, keep it simple.

Apply FAS Painting Dye:

Once your crayon drawing is complete, you can add additional details using Wax Crayons or oil pastels. Then, thick brushes are used to apply FAS Painting Dye to the entire artwork. The crayon areas will resist the dye, creating a vibrant effect.

Let It Dry:

Lay your artwork flat to dry. This step ensures the colours set properly and preserves your crayon-resistant design.

These artworks are perfect for decorating walls, making personalised cards, or crafting unique gift wraps. Let your creativity shine as you experiment with colours and explore the magic of FAS Painting Dye.

Tip:

  • Use very simple, bold lines

  • Don't completely colour in every detail with the Wax Crayons. The Painting Dye will fill the gaps and create a colourful effect.
